1:Click on start.
2:Click on run or press win+r.

3:type regedit into text box and click enter.

5: Right click on Processor name then click on modify.

You will see your current processor name mine is Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU     E7200  @ 2.53GHz

Just replace it with your desire name i replace it with Ali 😛

First of all open notepad if you don’t know how to open notepad.

Then click on start>run type notepad and click Enter.
Now past below code into notepad
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINEHARDWAREDESCRIPTIONSystemCentralProcessor] “ProcessorNameString”=” your Processor name 50000MHz

Now save it as name.reg

Copy the created Shortcut file
Navigate to C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersStart MenuProgramsStartup (in Windows XP)

C:Users User-NameAppDataRoamingMicrosoftWindowsStart MenuProgramsStartup (in Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Vista.

Also remember that App Data is a hidden folder.) if C: is your System drive. Paste the copied file

This registry file would now execute each time when Windows starts and the Processor Name String would be modified each time.
